Children can get sick or take vacation days. Keep track of attendance by reporting that a child is out sick or on vacation.

Log in to Parent

Use your username and password to log in to your Parent™ account. 

Select a Room

Select the room that the child is in from the list of rooms listed under your Dashboard.

You can report that the child is out sick or on vacation through the Dashboard or the child's profile.

Through the Dashboard

( Report Vacation Day )

  • Select one child or multiple children by clicking on their photos and then click the Status icon from the menu.
  • Now click the Vacation icon from the menu that appears. A popup with the selected child/children will appear.
  • Select the start and end dates of the vacation days you want to report. You can also add a note.
  • Click the Submit button when you are done.

( Report Sick Day )

  • Select one child or multiple children by clicking on their photos and then click the Status icon from the menu.
  • Now click the Sick icon from the menu that appears. A popup with the selected child/children will appear.
  • Select the start and end dates of the sick days you want to report. You can also add a note.
  • Click the Submit button when you are done.

Through the Child's Profile

( Report Vacation Day )

  • Select one child by clicking on their photos and then click the Profile icon from the menu. Selecting more than one child will dim the Profile icon.
  • On the child’s profile page click the Report vacation button and a popup will appear.
  • Select the start and end dates of the vacation days you want to report. You can also add a note.
  • Click the Submit button when you are done

( Report Sick Day )

  • Select one child by clicking on their photos and then click the Profile icon from the menu. Selecting more than one child will dim the Profile icon.
  • On the child’s profile page click the Report sick button.
  • A popup will appear.
  • Select the start and end dates of the sick days you want to report. You can also add a note.
  • Click the Submit button when you are done

( Remove Vacation or Sick Day )

  • Select one child by clicking on their photos and then click the Profile icon from the menu. Selecting more than one child will dim the Profile icon.
  • Click the Calendar tab.
  • Find the day of the reported sick or vacation day you wish to remove.
  • Click the 3 horizontal dots and select the Delete option.
  • A popup will appear, click Yes to confirm.
