The activity schedule allows you to plan the week or weeks ahead. Weekly schedules can be created for the whole institution, specific classes, or even individuals. 

Log in to Parent

Use your username and password to log in to your Parent account. 

Go to the Calendar Page

Click on the Calendar icon and you will be directed to the calendar page.

Go to Weekly Schedule Page

Click on the Create weekly schedule button to go to the weekly schedule.

Create Weekly Schedule

To create a weekly schedule, follow these steps:

  • Choose who the weekly schedule is for from the drop-down list.
  • Click Add activity on the day you want to add an activity to.
  • Fill in the required fields for each activity you add. The required fields are: Activity title, From (start time for the activity), To (end time of the activity)
  • If you want to add more activities click the +Add activity. 
  • Click the Create button.

The activities will appear only on the calendars of the selected recipients.

You can add more weeks by clicking the +Week button.

Edit Activity

Once you are on the calendar page you will see the activities listed. Click on the activity you want to edit and a popup like the one below will appear.

Click the options menu (3 horizontal dots) then click Edit.

The activity popup will appear and all fields are now editable. 

You can now edit the activity information you want and click Save.

Delete Activity

Once you are on the calendar page you will see the activities listed. Click on the activity you want to delete and a popup like the one below will appear.

Click the options menu (3 horizontal dots) then click Delete.

A warning message will appear, click Yes if you want to delete the activity.
